Our facilities offer excellent conditions for breeding and training our Lusitanos.
On our stud farm, nestled between picturesque hills on the edge of Vila Vicosa, there are 34 spacious and well-ventilated boxes, some with directly connected paddocks, a covered indoor riding arena with ebb & flow floor and a spacious outdoor arena surrounded by picturesque oleanders.
Special area for foal rearing
Our foals are generally born in the field, between cork oaks. We have set up a special area for the care of our foals. This ensures optimal conditions for their healthy development. Everything happens naturally! If a newborn needs more attention, we have set up special variable boxes that are directly connected to the mare paddock and the veterinary area! This means we always have everything in view, are quickly on the spot and the mare and foal still have contact with their herd.
